You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. You have two options:

In-App Deletion: Go to Settings → Delete Account within the Happy Swipes app
Web Request: If you cannot access the app, visit our data deletion page or email us at happyswipesapp@gmail.com

Account deletion will permanently remove:

Your account and profile information
All your posts
Your friend connections

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. For web requests, we will verify your identity by sending a confirmation email to the address associated with your account.

7. Children's Privacy

Happy Swipes is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Child Safety and Compliance

Happy Swipes is committed to compliance with child safety standards:

Age Requirement: Users must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use our service
Age Verification: We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
